Vitamin D - It increases body immunity, strengthens leukocyte, regulates BP and helps in prevention of infections.
Vitamin E – Best known for its benefits to treat skin diseases like sun burn, scars, skin cancer, skin ageing etc.
Vitamin K – It helps blood to clot normally, strengthens health of bones and helps in proper brain and nervous function.
